I was working out this morning when this song came up on my Pandora playlist (love when I find gems like this).
While Mariah Carey was known for her break out in the early 90’s with classics like “Vision of Love” and “Dreamlover”, I love how versatile she is as an artist as she continued to work with other musicians/ producers in the urban scene. Mariah Carey was a huge fan of hip-hop and managing two blend such two seemingly unrelated genres together. Decades later, and she still continues to #slay breaking out in the charts while bringing her soul/church influences in pop artists today. #myhero #bridgingthegenerationalgap
