In Honor of the Super Bowl

The Star Spangled Banner (Live from Super Bowl XXV)
I thought I’d throw it back to the Super Bowl XXV of 1991.
Still in awe of how she only rehearsed this once before her performance. We all know Houston doesn’t play. This is how you serve justice to the’Star Spangled Banner’. No yelling, no fancy melisma, just pure emotions and a big ol’ voice. Sometimes that’s all we need to hear. A true legend, no one could ever out do the queen. I hope this brings back good memories for many of you.
